Stanley was born on July 30, 1924 and passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018.

Stanley was a resident of Hershey, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Stan graduated from Hershey High School in 1942 and attended Hershey Junior College before enlisting in the United States Marines and serving in World War II where he received a Presidential Group Citation for bravery during the shelling of the Bougainville Airfields.

Viewing will be held at the Hoover Funeral Home in Hershey on Wednesday, March 14, from 5:00-7:00 pm with the Rosary being recited at 4:45 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 15, at 11:00 am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 359 West Areba Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033 with interment to follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors.
