Stephen was born on June 19, 1942 and passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.

Stephen was a resident of Maryland.

Family and friends will honor Stephens life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services Parkville 8800 Harford Rd. on Monday from 7-9PM and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9PM . A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church - 8420 Belair Road Fullerton MD 21236. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Stephens name may be made to Womens Care Center- 7621 Belair Road Baltimore MD 21236 or Little Sisters of the Poor- 601 Maiden Choice Lane Catonsville MD 21228.
