Stephen was born on February 4, 1960 and passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019.

Stephen was a resident of Delaware at the time of passing.

He graduated from Dover High School in 1978, after successfully taking the Dover High Senators to the State All Conference Football Championship in 1977.

Funeral services will be held 11AM, Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Interment will be 1 PM, Thursday at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517.
