Stephen Paul Renken , age 73, of Plymouth and formerly of Camdenton, MO died peacefully , Friday, November 25, 2016 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. A Memorial Service and Celebration of his Life will be held at 10:30am on December 15, 2016 at Zion Lutheran Church 384 Court Street in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Pastor Robert Stott will be officiating. Steve was born in Jefferson City, Missouri on August 25, 1943 to the late John and Aleda Renken. He was educated in the Jefferson City Public Schools and continued on to receive a Bachelors of Arts in English from Central Missouri State University and a Masters of Business from University of Missouri, Kansas City. Steve was married to Dianne B. Renken (Grempler) on August 28, 1965; they were married for 51 years . Steve worked as Chief Information Officer for Norfolk Southern Railroad. He enjoyed running, fishing, reading, listening to music and watching sports. Steve is survived by his two children, Christopher Renken of Montana and Katherine Goldner and her husband Jerry of Duxbury, Massachusetts , his 6 grandchildren; Cassidy, Hunter, Max, Jack , Fletcher and Luke and his siblings John Renken, Liz Boone, Tim Renken and Anne Marshall , his many nieces and nephews and the rest of his family and friends. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to; Beacon Hospice 32 Resnik Road #3, Plymouth, MA 02360.
