Stephen was born on June 7, 1957 and passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.

Stephen was a resident of Waukegan, Illinois at the time of passing.

He served in the United States Army and later in the Army Reserves.

Funeral services will be 5:00 PM, Sunday, September 24, 2017 at First Baptist Church 401 N. Genesee St. Waukegan. Interment will be private. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to time of service at the Church.
