Stephen was born on October 4, 1981 and passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017.

Stephen was a resident of New York at the time of passing.

One of Stephen's closest friends, Mike Foster, will lead a service of remembrance and reflection. Burial will follow in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.

Any donations in his memory may be made to an organization whose purpose is to help those faced with this multi-faceted challenge.
