Steven was born on September 19, 1931 and passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019.

Steven was a resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan at the time of passing.

Born in Grand Haven he graduated from Michigan State University in 1953 and the University of Michigan Law School in 1959.Married.

Virginia Mae Thouin of East Grand Rapids and served in the U.S. Army Military Police Corp in Nuremberg, Germany as a First Lieutenant.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 3 at 11:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1935 Plymouth Ave SE, Grand Rapids, Rev. Leonard Sudlik presiding. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the The Killgoar Foundation for IHM School, 1935 Plymouth Ave. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49506-4494.
