Stewart was a resident of Louisville, Kentucky at the time of passing.

Stew received a law degree from the University of Louisville.

He was a Vietnam army veteran.

Stewart was married to Julie Williams Ballard And Nancy Flick Peterworth.

Funeral Service will be noon Friday at Christ Church United Methodist 4614 Brownsboro Road. Private burial in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 3-7 pm at Christ Church United Methodist. Visitation
