Sylvio passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018.

Sylvio was a resident of Woonsocket, Rhode Island at the time of passing.

A navy veteran of World War II, having served aboard the destroyer U.S.S. Abner Read and the minesweeper U.S.S. Dunlin.

His funeral will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 10 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 S. Main St., Woonsocket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in Our Lady of Queen of Martyrs Church, 1409 Park Ave, Woonsocket. Burial will follow with military honors, in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery, 310 Wrentham Bellingham, MA. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2 -4 PM in the funeral home. Visitation at the Holt Funeral Home from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on April 22, 2018.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Moran-Ventre Charitable Foundation, 200 Centerville Rd. Suite 101, Warwick, RI 02886.
