Tarra was born on July 19, 1966 and passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018.

Tarra was a resident of Clarksburg, Maryland at the time of passing.

Hilton and a son, Greg; a sister, Alethia Watkins (Mike); a grandmother, Esther King Haney; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and her special, pet dog of many years, "Cookie." A 1984 graduate of Damascus High School, she accomplished many things in her lifetime.
