Ted was born on March 30, 1946 and passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017.

Ted was a resident of Garland, Utah at the time of passing.

He lived most of his young life in Salt Lake City where he graduated from Granite High School and served an LDS mission in the Republic of South Africa.
