Ted passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018.

Ted was a resident of Michigan at the time of passing.

Ted was born in Paterson, New Jersey and graduated from Eastern Christian High School.

He was a veteran of the United States Army and taught for almost thirty years for the Grand Rapids Public Schools.

Ted was a long-time member and church historian at Eastern Avenue Christian Reformed Church which is where the funeral services will be held (514 Eastern Ave SE) on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Thea Leunk officiating. Visitation will be held at Zaagman Memorial Chapel (2800 Burton St. SE) on Wednesday, 6-8 pm and Thursday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Private interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Memorial contributions may be given to Margaret's Hope Chest or the Christian Education Committee of Eastern Avenue Christian Reformed Church.
