Theodore grew up in Chicago where he graduated from Lindblom Technical High School.
He served in the U.S. Army from November 24, 1950 to November 23, 1952.
A memorial gathering will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Henke-Clarson Funeral Home, 1010 N. Wright Rd., Janesville with a memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. Saturday.
