Theodore was born on February 20, 1950 and passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017.

Theodore was a resident of Virginia at the time of passing.

Ted graduated from West Haven High School in West Haven, CT, in 1968.

Following graduation, Ted went on active duty in the US Army as an officer in the Military Intelligence Branch.

Box 1797, Spotsylvania, VA 22553 The viewing will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd, Woodbridge, VA 22192. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 12805 Valleywood Drive, Lake Ridge, VA 22192 with reception to follow. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery, date to be announced.

In lieu of flowers, Ted would want donations to be made to the Museum of Valor, which is totally supported by donations.
