Theodore was born on December 23, 1943 and passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016.

Theodore was a resident of Williamsburg, Virginia at the time of his passing.

Theodore graduated from Munhall High and went on to achieve a BS degree in 1965 from Bucknell University on a football scholarship.

He was married to Cynthia Kociban Ratkus.

A funeral mass will be 11AM, Tuesday November 29, 2016 at St. Bede Catholic Church, 3686 Ironbound Road Williamsburg, VA 23188. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium.Service Information
