Theodore was born on November 30, 1935 and passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.

Theodore was a resident of Muhlenberg township, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Oley Valley High School.

He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Theodore was married to Barbara A. (Forlini) Kurtyka.

Mass of Christian Burial from Gethsemane Cemetery Chapel of the Resurrection on Friday at 10:30 A. M.
in Family will receive friends on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. at the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc. Temple.

Contributions may be offered in Mr. Kurtyka memory to the American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Avenue, Laureldale, PA 19605.
