Mr. Theodore “Teddy” White was born on September 27, 1941 in Florence County to his proud parents, Leroy and Georgianna Robinson White. He entered into his final resting place on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at his residence of warmth and comfort. Teddy attended the public schools of Florence, South Carolina. His love for cars evolved into him working as a mechanic for Cadillac. Later, he was employed as a truck driver. Teddy was united in Holy Matrimony to Bobby Jean Cooper. To this union, a beautiful baby girl was born, Adrienne White, or “Piggy,” as she was affectionately called by him. Teddy had a very outgoing personality, and love for his family. He was always the life of the party, and he had a smile that would brighten any room. He will also always be remembered as the “go to mechanic.” He was predeceased by his parents and one son, Staff Sgt. Calvin D. Hyman. Teddy will be missed by all who knew him, and his precious memories will forever linger with: his wife, Bobby C. White; one daughter, Adrienne A. White; four grands, Taylaya, Iyani, Qua’mere Sims and Jason Jacobs, Jr., all of Florence, SC; a loving and devoted companion, Idell Miles of Florence, SC; brothers, Jimmy (Isabella) White and Eddie (Gracie) White, all of Florence, SC; step-children: David (Wendy) Cooper, Dwayne Cooper, Candice Cooper, Tiffany (Derrick) Hedgepeth, Shelia (Rickie) Burgess, Tavaris (Nicole) Miles and Richard Miles; a niece that was like a daughter, Leslie Timmons; loving niece, Joyce W.
