Thomas was born on January 24, 1947 and passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016.
Thomas was a resident of Kansas City, Missouri at the time of his passing.
He graduated from DeLaSalle Academy in 1965.
HE proudly served his country in the Army during the Vietnam era.
He was married to Carolyn.
Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am Saturday September 17th at Christ the King Church 8510 Wornall Rd. KCMO followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Christ the King Church DeLaSalle Alumni Association or to the Vitae Foundation 1731 Southridge Dr. Ste. D Jefferson City MO 65109.
