Thomas passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016.
Thomas was a resident of Delmar, New York at the time of his passing.
He was married to Marcia Richard.
Memorial service on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 6:30 pm, at Loudonville Community Church, 374 Loudon Road.
