Thomas was born on September 11, 1951 and passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017.

Thomas was a resident of Illinois.

Funeral Thursday 9a.m. from Donnellan Funeral Home 10525 S. Western Ave. to St. Cajetan Church 2445 West 112th. Street Chgo, for Mass 10a.m. Int. Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 3-8p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society 225 N. Michigan Ave. Ste. 1210 Chicago, IL. 60601.
