Thomas was born on August 2, 1941 and passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2019.

Thomas was a resident of Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of the former Scottdale High School, and had served in the United States Army from 1960 to 1965.

Tom was a member of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. In honoring Tom's wishes, there will be no visitation hours or viewing. Family and friends are all invited to attend his funeral mass, Wednesday at 12:30 PM at Visitation Of The Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 740 Walnut Street Mount Pleasant, with the Rev. Dennis A. Bogusz, as celebrant. Private Entombment will be in the Middle Presbyterian Cemetery, with military rites accorded by the American Legion Post 446, and V.F.W. Post 3368.
