Thomas was born on December 31, 1932 and passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016.

Thomas was a resident of McMurray, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He was a 1954 Journalism graduate of the Ohio State University. Tom went on to obtain his law degree from West Virginia University School of Law in 1960.

He served his country as a Naval Officer, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Commander.

Thomas was married to Margaret Ann Whyte.

Visitors are welcome on Thursday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, 126 Fort Couch Road, Bethel Park, PA on Friday at 1PM, with a chapel service to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 2900 Washington Road, McMurray, PA. First Visitation
