Thomas was born on December 4, 1933 and passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.

Thomas was a resident of The Villages, Florida at the time of passing.

He served in the Army, played college and professional football and was an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sport’s Medicine.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017, in Open Bible Lutheran Church 4671 Bellwether Lane, Oxford, FL at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held at a later date in Dayton, Ohio. JUN 22. 11:00 AM Open Bible Lutheran Church 4671 Bellwether Lane Oxford, FL, US Memorial Service begins.
