Quirk, Thomas M., fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Thursday, September 22, 2016.

Beloved husband of Debbie Quirk (nee Schowengerdt); dear father of Jamie (Paul) Frala-Cooper and Kate (Tracey) Ennis; dear stepfather of Jason (Suzy) Camenzind and Brandon (Cheryl) Schowengerdt; dear grandfather of Carly and Benton Frala, Kaden and Mila Camenzind, Jakob Fiudo, and Penelope and Elijah Schowengerdt; our dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and a friend to many.

Thomas was the Owner and President of Reliable Research Company, Inc., a specialized real estate service corporation, since 1972. The company is one of the few appraisal firms also engaged in the appraisal of mobile and manufactured homes. Reliable Research Company was certified in the state of Missouri and Illinois.

He was an instructor for the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and conducted real estate appraisal courses at the Belleville Area College, Meramec Community College, East Central Junior College (Union, MO) and the John Logan Junior College (Marion, Il).

Professional Memberships included; Designated Residential Member of National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (IFA), Designated Senior Member of the National Association of Review Appraisers (CRA), Member of the National Association of Realtors Real Estate Appraisal Section, Certified as a General Appraiser by the state of Missouri and Illinois, licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Missouri, Associate Member of the Belleville Board of Realtors, Member of the Board of Realtors of St. Charles County, MO, Member of the F.H.A. Fee panel since the year 1986, and served in many capacities for the St. Louis Metro, St. Louis County, and the state of Missouri National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (N.A.I.F.A.).

Services: Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, September 27 at Kriegshauser West, 9450 Olive Blvd. from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

A Memorial Mass will be held at All Souls Catholic Church, 9550 Tennyson Ave., Overland, on Wednesday, September 28, at 10:00 AM.

Burial of cremains will be held at a later date in Holy Cross Cemetery Milwaukee, WI.
