Thomas was a resident of North Carolina.
Ralph graduated from Deep Creek High School near Wadesboro and as an older adult he earned an Associate Degree from Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst.
Funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm Friday May 19 2017 in the Colonial Chapel of Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Eastside Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 â 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
