Thomas was born on November 21, 1943 and passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019.

Thomas was a resident of Canton, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He was a 1961 graduate of Washington High School.

He was a member of the Presidents of Harmony Barbershop Chorus of SPEBSQSA International, the Washington Festival Chorale, Sunset Lodge #623 F. & A. M., and several related Masonic bodies, as well as the Elks Lodge #776 of Washington and the Building Committee of the First United Methodist Church of Washington. Services will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church, Beau St., Washington. A private burial ceremony will be held at the Washington Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are suggested for the building fund of the First United Methodist Church and the Citizen's Library of Washington, PA.
