Thomesena was born on December 5, 1921 and passed away in April 2018.

Thomesena was a resident of California at the time of passing.

Years later Thomesena met James Jerome Lanier. who was serving in the U.S. Army and stationed at Camp Blanding, Florida at the time.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 20, 2018 Greater Victory Temple Church of God and Christ, 1620 Broadway Ave, Seaside, CA. Burial to follow at Mission Memorial Park, 1915 Ord Grove Ave, Seaside, CA 93955.
