Tommy was born on November 27, 1933 and passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.

Tommy was a resident of Snyder, Texas at the time of passing.

Tommy graduated from Texas Tech University and received his Masters degree from Sul Ross University in education while at Texas.

He served in the Army and was stationed in Germany.

Tommy was married to Johnie.

Funeral Services for Mr. Riley will be held on Friday July 15 2016 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church with Rev. Jay Mayo officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
