Tommy was born on October 16, 1947 and passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.

Tommy was a resident of Heavener, Oklahoma at the time of his passing.

He was married to Jean.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday September 19 2016 at the Forrester Baptist Church in Forrester Oklahoma with Reverend Mike Steelman officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Heavener. Viewing will be from 2:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Friday; 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Monday. The family will meet with friends on Sunday 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
