Tommy Sivells, age 76 of Cadiz KY died on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville KY following a long illness. He was a retired construction worker and member of East Cadiz Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Caroline Pillion Sivells of Cadiz KY, one daughter, Darlene Forsythe & husband, Robert, of Caldwell Co. KY, one step daughter, Darlene Beasley of Fredonia KY, five grandchildren, Clint Sivells & wife, Katie; Cabott Sivells, Kimberly Sivells, Lindsay King & husband, Nick; Tyler Forsythe; three great-grandchildren, Brylee Cagle, Addie Cagle, Cash King; one brother, Ronnie Sivells of Princeton KY, three sisters, Sue Oliver, Judy Call and Diane McCormick all of Caldwell Co. KY and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Clinton Sivells and Lillian Hazel Williams Sivells, two sons, Dennis and Charles Sivells, one step son, James Newton and one step daughter, Christine Richardson. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Morgan's Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM Tuesday at Morgan's Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Sivells officiating assisted by Rev. Lester Watson and Rev. Joe Johnson. Burial will follow in Blue Spring Church Cemetery in Caldwell County.
