Tracey Lynn Waits (Holland) Berryhill, 52, of Eastman, passed away on May 16, 2017 at a Macon hospital after an extended illness. Her passing happened 12 years to the day after the death of her biological mother.

Born in Marshall, Texas on November 20, 1964 to Joe Waits and Rita E. Waits, She attended schools in Plano, Texas and Cochran, Georgia, and graduated from Bleckley County High School in 1983. She was employed for many years as a clerk at the old Revco Drugstore in Cochran and at the Sarah Lee/Hanes plant in Eastman. Tracey was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cochran.

She was predeceased by her biological parents, Joe Waits of Marshall and Rita E. Waits Gilmer of Marshall, and biological grandparents, Gradie and Margaret Waits, and Edward and Bernice Emery, all of Marshall, Texas.

Tracey is survived by her daughters, Jessica Bryant and Bailey (Dylan) Helm, all of Cochran; three grandchildren, Levi Bryant, Mason Bryant and Chandler Helm, all of Cochran; her biological sisters, Christine LaSalle of Austin, Texas and Jolina Waits Ayers of Longview, Texas; and adoptive parents, Mr. and Mrs. James C. Holland of Cochran; her adoptive siblings, Glen (Michelle) Holland of Columbus, Ohio, Donna (Michael) Covey of Blue Ridge, Texas and Becky Holland of Chandler, Texas and a host of adoptive and biological aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Fisher Funeral Home in Cochran will have charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, her children have requested donations be made directly to Fisher Funeral Home at 122 W. Dykes St., Cochran, Georgia 31014 to assist with the costs of arrangements.
