Travis was born on March 13, 1987 and passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018.

Travis was a resident of Johnson, Tennessee at the time of passing.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Fairview Baptist Church with Pastor Sam Holder; the Rev. Earle Chute and the Rev. Cas Horton officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
