Trevis was born on January 23, 1967 and passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017.

Trevis was a resident of Montana at the time of passing.

Viewing/Visitation will be held at Creel Funeral Home, Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Fergus High School Center for the Performing Arts at 10:00 a.m. with viewing one hour prior to the service. A luncheon will follow at Central Baptist Church, 195 Mile Dr. behind Tire Rama, before processing to the Winifred Cemetery for the interment.

In honor of Trevis, memorial donations can be made to the Winifred Fire Department or to the Gideons.
