Trilby E. Margus, 97 of Alverton, PA formerly Greensburg, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at the home of her daughter. Trilby was born January 12, 1917 in Pittsburgh the daughter of the late Norman and Trilby Sayre Steffler. Trilby was a member of the Center Bethel Church of God, Alverton and was formerly employed in sales for Jaison's clothing store. Trilby is survived by her children, Dale Margus and wife Donna and Trilby Grivas and husband James both of Harrisville, PA and Sandy Conrad and husband Edward of Alverton; 6 grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren; brothers, Richard Steffler of Cheswick, Donald Steffler of AZ and Jerry Steffler of FL. In addition to her parents, Trilby was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Margus, in 1975 and brothers, Norman and Robert Steffler and a sister, Doris Fahey. Family and friends are invited from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Thursday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant 724-547-2122 where services will be held at 11AM Friday with Pastor Lee Kline officiating. A committal service will be held in the chapel of Lakewood Memorial Gardens 943 Route 910 Cheswick, PA 15024 at 2PM Friday, please meet at the cemetery.
