Twayne Hosea Delhi, LA Funeral services for Twayne Hosea, 70 of Delhi will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Newton Baptist Church with Rev. James Busby and Rev. Buddy Mcgurk officiating. Visitation will be held at Newton Baptist Church on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 1:00 PM until time of services. Burial will follow services in Newton Church Cemetery. Twayne was born on September 29, 1947 in Delhi, LA and died Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Edward "Abe" Hosea and Mildred Patty Hosea and two brothers, Willie Paul and James C. Hosea and a brother-in-law Charlie Taylor. Twayne is survived by his loving wife Ursula Hosea of Delhi; a daughter Marty Ann Hosea Jackson and her daughter Chloe; Charlie "Bubba" Jackson (Chloe's father); a son Scott Edward Hosea; his twin brother Dwayne Hosea and daughter Brandi; four sisters Nell & Jimmy Blackmon, Rose Mary Peariou, Sandra & David Gilbert and Joan Taylor all of Delhi, LA and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by four sisters-in-law, Cindy Hosea, JoAnn Hosea, Caroline Henderson Cox and Patricia Henderson Sage. Pallbearers will be Chris Blaylock, Trent Drane, Frank Foster, Kevin Russell, Charles Clark and Ricky Blackmon. Honorary Pallbearers will be his co-workers at Scott Power Line.
