Vaughn was born on May 18, 1920 and passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016.

Vaughn was a resident of Indianapolis, Indiana at the time of his passing.

Vaughn was a 1951 graduate of Purdue University. He then received his MBA from Indiana University in 1973.

2. He was a World War II veteran of the US Air Force where he served as an Aerial Navigator and Meteorology Instructor. His military service included the Atomic Bomb Experiments Reserve, retiring in 1969 as Lt. Colonel.

He was married to Thelma Guion Perkins.

Friends will gather on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 10:30 am in Colonial Hills Baptist Church, of which Vaughn was a faithful member since 1964, and where the funeral service will take place at 12 noon.
