Vernon was born on September 3, 1933 and passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017.
Vernon was a resident of Canal Fulton, Ohio at the time of his passing.
He joined the Army in 1953.
He was married to Jacquelyn.
A memorial service will be held at St. Jacob Lutheran Church 8697 Mudbrook St. NW on Saturday March 18 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jacob Lutheran Church.
