Victor Pagán, 74, most recently of Oviedo, FL passed away October 31, 2017. He was born to the late Margaro and Rafaela Pagán on June 12, 1943 in Caguas, Puerto Rico. More commonly known as Vic, he was raised and lived in New York throughout his working life. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Vic worked as a nurse throughout his lifetime at many different hospitals and locations. He made the decision to become an educator as a Nursing Professor. After a long, dedicated career in nursing and nursing education, Vic retired to Florida at the age of 70. He was a world traveler and a missionary. Vic had a magnetic personality and made friends with everyone he met. Due to his social nature, Vic had many, many friends. He enjoyed painting, singing in choir, and gardening. Vic had a gift for sharing stories of his many adventures with others. He leaves behind a legacy of his love of God and his love of family.



Vic is survived by his siblings Peter Pagán (Carmen), Lydia Pagán Wheatley (Richard), and Nelson Pagán (Kathy); as well as lots of nieces and nephews and many, many friends.



Gathering will be held on Friday, November 3 from 5 pm – 7 pm at Baldwin Fairchild Oviedo, 501 E Mitchell Hammock Rd., Oviedo, FL 32765. Celebration of Life service will follow at 7 pm. Interment with military honors at All Faiths Memorial Park Saturday, November 4 at 3 pm.
