Vincent was born on February 21, 1959 and passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016.

Vincent was a resident of Ava, New York at the time of passing.

In 1978, Vincent began serving his country by entering the U.S. Airforce and was first assigned to Davis-Monthan Airforce Base, Tucson, AZ.In the ensuing years he was stationed in Turkey, Homestead, Fla, Fairbanks, AK, Griffiss Air Force Base, Rome, Okinawa, before retiring as Weapons Technician from Griffiss Air Force Base, Rome. Sgt. Nittiskie was called to wartime duty while serving in Turkey, and in August 1990, to Desert Shield/Desert Storm, serving in Saudi Arabia. He was promoted to rank of Technical Sergeant in 1993, and was honorably discharged from Griffiss Air Force, Rome, in 1995.

Vincent was married to Debra.

Services will be private at the convenience of his family; there will be no calling hours.
