Vincent was born on October 18, 1950 and passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

Vincent was a resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Vinny was a 1968 graduate of St.Anselm High School in Swissvale, and was a 1972 graduate of Indiana University of PA.

Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and proudly served. Vinny excelled and was the top candidate in his class at the Police Academy in Hollywood, FL where he went on to have a distinguished career, retiring at the rank of Sergeant.
