Violet was born on January 5, 1920 and passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017.

Violet was a resident of Tennessee.

She graduated with her Masters Degree in Education from The University of Tennessee in 1936.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Anthony Collins. Friends may sign the registry at their convenience Thursday from 8-5 and Friday from 8-11.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Smithwood Baptist Church.
