Virginia "Ginny" Lea Swisher, 81, passed away March 14, 2015. Survived by her children, Carmela Rapp, Betsy (Ed) Martin, Chris (Donna) Rapp, Debi Garner, Mary (Brad) Trudo and Lois Swisher; sisters, Velma Scott and Bernice Cochran; sister-in-law, MaryLou Dotson; 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Marvin L. Swisher; parents, Berlie and Betty Dotson; siblings, Russell Dotson, Charles Dotson, Irene Collins; and sweet great-granddaughter, Temperance Lea Rapp. Ginny was born to Berlie and Betty (Prater) Dotson on May 10, 1933, in Hardin County, Ohio. She retired from Parkview Hospital as a Dietary Manager. Her children and grandchildren were her world and she loved all of them unconditionally. Ginny loved and served the Lord with all of her heart and soul. She was a member of Praise Assembly of God where she was lovingly known as "The Donut Lady." Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at Praise Assembly of God Church, 2000 Troy Ave., with Pastor Bobby J. Wilson officiating.
