Virginia was a resident of Rome, Georgia at the time of passing.

Mrs. Wheeler was a graduate of Model High School and was a former employee in the nutrition department of the Floyd County Extension Service.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at 11:30 am at the graveside in East View Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, North Chapel on Wednesday from 10am until 11am.
