Waits was born on August 2, 1926 and passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017.

Waits was a resident of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Hughes was an avid horseman and a US Merchant Marine Veteran of WWII.

Funeral services and burial will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel Crematory Inc. 1551 Kenneth Road York.
