Walter was born on September 12, 1937 and passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017.

Walter was a resident of Louisiana at the time of passing.

He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a double degree (Mechanical Engineering and Business) in 1961.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 1:30pm at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 3101 Eton St. in Algiers. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the church from 11:30am until 1:30pm. There will be a private interment for family only at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to New Orleans Children's Hospital [ www.chnola.org/GivingCHNOLA ] or the American Heart Association [ https://donatenow.heart.org/?s_src=NAV ].
