Walter was born on October 19, 1924 and passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016.
Walter was a resident of Southbury, Connecticut at the time of his passing.
He attended the Englewood School for Boys, studied at Columbia University.
Walter serve his country in World War II.
He was married to Jane Fenner Ludington.
