Walter was born on April 21, 1963 and passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016.

Walter was a resident of Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.

He was a 1981 graduate of Pennsbury High School and the Bucks County Technical School.

He was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran.

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 a.m. until 12 noon on Wednesday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc. 2200 Trenton Rd. Levittown where his funeral service will be held at 12 noon. Interment is private.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project P.O. Box 758517 Topeka Kansas 66675.
