Walter Brent Murphy, passed away on February 6, 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida on December 28, 1956 to Stephen B. and Frances Murphy. He is survived by sisters Carolyn Fischer (Henry) and Marie Samec (James), Nephew Michael O’Kelley (Tammy), niece Shelley Samec, nephew Brian Samec, and grand-nephew Nicholas O’Kelley (Ashley). Celebrations of his life are being planned for Saturday, February 24, 2018 in St. Petersburg, FL and on Sunday, February 25, 2018, in Atlanta, GA. No other details are available at this time. Memorial gifts may be given in lieu of flowers, to Atlanta Community Food Bank (acfb.org), or The Giving Kitchen, (thegivingkitchen.org). Cremation services provided by Georgia Cremation Centers.
