Whitney was born on November 12, 1916 and passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2016.

Whitney was a resident of Houston, Texas at the time of his passing.

He met Flora at Charlton Pollard High School. He graduated in 1935 she a couple of years later in 1937.

Whitney was a WWII veteran. He served in central Europe from 1944-1946.

He was married to Flora.

Visitation will be held on Saturday September 17 2016 at 10:00 AM with the Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 AM. Both services will be held at Windsor Village United Methodist Church 6000 Heatherbrook Dr. Houston Texas 77085. The Interment will be held at Houston Memorial Gardens.
