Wilbur was born on March 9, 1925 and passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018.

Wilbur was a resident of Attica, Indiana at the time of passing.

He grew up in Warren and Benton counties and at the age of 17 moved to Attica and graduated from Attica High School in 1943.

Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Attica First Lutheran Church.
